  • CalFresh:
    • CalFresh clients that are evacuated or affected by a disaster and in need of food replacement may contact their local office to see if eligible. 
    • Individuals and families who are not eligible for regular CalFresh may be eligible for Disaster CalFresh food assistance based on qualifying disaster-related expenses.

Places to go to stay warm 

  • PATH Homeless Navigation Center: All are welcome to sit in their center during the day to stay warm. Daily, 7am-7pm. 550 Lay Avenue, Red Bluff. 530-727-9211.
  • Public Libraries: Find your closest public library HERE. 

Damage to Home 

  • American Red Cross:
    • If one’s home becomes uninhabitable due to weather conditions, call 844-236-0153.
      • Provides immediate emergency response services such as shelter, food, clothing, and supplies to those affected by local disasters. 
    • Red Cross will be offering our Disaster Action Team assistance at this time for all counties except Tehama for flooding responses. This could change if we hit a certain threshold of responses in the other counites. If anyone is Tehama County needs assistance, folks should be directed to go to our shelter at the Los Molinos Veteran Hall.
