Status of Power Outages:

- If you see a downed power line, assume it is energized and extremely dangerous, and report it immediately by calling 911.
Community Resource Centers (CRC’s):
- For a list of planned community resource centers, go to: pgealerts.alerts.pge.com/updates/psps-events.
- Each CRC typically provides snacks and water, ADA-accessible restroom and washing station, phone and small medical device charging, and Wi-Fi access.
- CRC locations are added to the website once confirmed
- Resources to help those with access and functional needs stay safe during PSPS.

Steps to take before an outage:
- Confirm or update your contact information with PG&E. They will send notifications to the contacts they have on file in advance of a shutoff, when possible.
- Create a safety plan for all members of your family, including pets. A Public Safety Power Shutoff can happen at any time of day or night, due to changing weather conditions.
- Prepare an emergency supply kit. Include enough water and nonperishable food to last your household one week. Be sure to refresh your kit once a year.
- Plan for medical needs like medications that need to be refrigerated or devices that require power: Disability Disaster Access and Resources Program

- Keep mobile phones and other devices charged.
- Keep cash on hand and a full tank of gas. ATMs and gas stations may not be available during an outage.
