- Eligibility:
- Anyone 6 months or older is eligible for the COVID-19 vaccine.
- Immigration or insurance status does not matter. No one will ask about immigration status when one gets vaccinated.
- Booster shots:
- Use the CDC Booster Tool to find out when to get a booster.
- Children 6 months through 5 years of age who have received two doses of the monovalent (primary series) Pfizer or Moderna COVID-19 vaccines should get an updated dose at least 2 months after their second dose. For immunocompromised children, parents should consult with their child’s healthcare provider.

- For those who have difficulty accessing available COVID-19 vaccination options: Request an in-home vaccination appointment by visiting myturn.ca.gov. Select the “Find an Appointment” button and respond “yes” to the question about needing help with transportation or an in-home appointment. You will receive a call from a state representative within a few days to determine your eligibility.
- Digital COVID-19 Vaccine Record (DCVR): A tool is available for Californians who received a COVID-19 vaccination and wish to access their record from the state’s immunization registry systems. Go to: myvaccinerecord.cdph.ca.gov. For questions or assistance with accessing your DCVR, call the California COVID-19 Hotline at 833-422-4255 (Mon-Fri, 8am-8pm, Saturday-Sunday, 8am-5pm).

- Karuk Tribe Housing Authority: Provides an Emergency Rental Assistance Program for the payment of rents and utilities, including past due amounts, to eligible households who are experiencing financial hardships due to Covid-19. Visit website: www.karuk.us/index.php/departments/housing-authority
- Mortgage Relief Program: Open to all eligible Californians who are currently experiencing pandemic-related hardships and have fallen behind on their housing payments. Complete the application questionnaire to begin the application process.
